Interstellar Arc

• The experience lasts 60 minutes, including check-in and post-arrival leisure.
• Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your boarding pass time to complete the biometric scan at check-in.
• Fully wheelchair accessible with seated options.
• Boarding passes may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your departure via the link in your confirmation email. Please note, all sales are final — no refunds are available. Guests who miss their scheduled departure will forfeit their boarding pass.
• Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended, as you will be walking throughout the experience.
• After your visit, photos taken during the experience can be accessed through your Interstellar Arc Passport at interstellararc.com/signin using the email address provided at check-in.

Helpful Tips

• Designed for explorers 8 years and up. One adult (18+) may supervise up to three young travelers.
• Minimum height: 48″
• Food and beverages are not permitted during the experience. Refreshments are available within AREA15 before or after your visit.
• Leave large bags and personal items behind if possible — it's recommended that guests keep their hands free to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
• Guests with conditions such as epilepsy, heart concerns, or sensitivity to strobe lighting should consult a doctor before booking. The experience is fully wheelchair accessible, and guests with specific accommodation needs should email hello@interstellararc.com at least 48 hours in advance.
